Jarosław Wieszołek - Chairman of the Management Board
Education
He graduated from the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection at the University of Silesia in Katowice. He also completed postgraduate studies in commercial banking at the University of Economics in Katowice, as well as executive management studies based on an MBA program structure at the Warsaw School of Economics.
He has completed numerous specialist courses, training programs, and seminars, obtaining, among others, professional licenses in property management and real estate brokerage, as well as qualifications required to serve on supervisory boards of State Treasury companies.
Professional Experience
He began his professional career at the Municipal Office of Ruda Śląska, where he worked in the Investment Department and the Housing Affairs Department, ultimately advancing to the position of Deputy Head of Department. He subsequently served as Chairman of the City Council.
Between 2004 and 2007, he was employed at the Municipal Office of Zabrze, most recently as Head of the Real Estate Management Department.
From 2007 to 2009, he worked at Upper Silesian Regional Development Agency S.A., initially as President of the Management Board and later as Vice President of the Management Board.
He subsequently joined the Management Board Office of Katowice Coal Holding S.A., where he supervised housing companies within the group.
Between 2010 and 2012, he served as President of the Management Board of a municipal housing company in Mysłowice.
From 2012 to 2016, he held the position of Vice President of the Management Board and Director for Economics, Restructuring and Development at Śląsko-Dąbrowska Housing Company.
His expertise in asset restructuring was also applied in his role as a member of the Supervisory Board of PBSZ Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. in Bytom between 2011 and 2016. As an expert in asset management, he was also recommended to the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Zabrze S.A..
He combines expert knowledge with many years of practical experience in property and asset management in his academic work. Since 2005, he has cooperated with the University of Economics in Katowice, WSB Merito University, and Upper Silesian Academy. He is also an expert at the National Chamber of Real Estate Management.
In recent years, he has been closely associated with the healthcare sector. Between 2017 and 2021, he served as President of the Management Board of the Silesian Rehabilitation and Health Resort Centre in Rabka-Zdrój. From 2019 to 2024, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Municipal Hospital in Rabka-Zdrój, and between 2021 and 2024 he served as President of the Management Board of the Goczałkowice-Zdrój Health Resort.
Since 2 April 2024, he has served as President of the Management Board of Mine Restructuring Company S.A.. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A..
